Job Title: School Bus Driver
Compensation: Pays up to $20 per hour
Job Purpose: Provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the district's curriculum and extracurricular program.
Qualifications-Required:
High School Diploma
Valid NJ driver's license, for at least three (3) years
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and adhere to rules and regulations
Ability to relate to school age children from PreK-12
Ability to learn bus routes and be on time
Ability to successful acquire a CDL license (District will train applicants to become bus drivers)
Ability to control a school bus in emergency situations
Ability to work a flexible work day in morning and afternoon
Ability to pass the requirement physical examination to obtain CDL license
Ability to pass the required Criminal History Review
Ability to pass the Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse Disclosure
Qualifications-Desired:
Current CDL license
2-3 years driving a school bus

Available for morning, afternoon, evening runs
Available for 5-Hour or 6-Hour day
Willing to train individuals wanting to be a bus driver
