Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, helping to remove impediments and resolve issues that may hinder progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other teams.
• Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the team's ability to deliver on commitments.
• Support the team in maintaining a sustainable pace of work and high levels of engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing obstacles and enhancing team performance
