Job Overview

Scrum Master I helps to oversee the scrum and development team. They are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. They also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution. To work as a Scrum Master I, you need to hold scrum master certification.

Requirements

• Entry to intermediate experience in a scrum master role
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• CSM Certification (CSM)

Salary Range: $53,508 - $88,288

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
