Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Boston, MA. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing financial analysis and reporting to support the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
