This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on our global tax strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of income tax reporting and compliance, including US Federal, state, and local taxes, as well as foreign income compliance.
- Collaborate with tax authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare tax provision disclosures for financial reporting, adhering to US GAAP and IFRS requirements.
- Analyze and assess the impact of tax law changes, working closely with the Global Tax Director to implement strategies seamlessly.
- Manage cash tax forecasts and lead global transfer pricing operations.
- Collaborate across departments, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure alignment on tax matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance, with some public experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ASC 740, transfer pricing, and foreign direct tax matters.
- Excellent command of tax financial reporting requirements under both US GAAP and IFRS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
- Proven ability to research, interpret, and document tax requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tax software.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
