Senior Marketing Specialist, Account Support The Senior Marketing Specialist will support recruitment teams across our various Hueman Divisions through operational and recruitment marketing activities to ensure success with our valued client partners. This role will report to the Recruitment Marketing Manager but will provide requested support across the team and with specific client partners when required.
This role will be responsible for managing recruitment marketing relationships with our account teams and clients to ensure success on campaigns and projects that help meet business goals. Examples of projects and campaigns include: new market entry, recruitment marketing, multi-channel brand awareness, and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that can lead projects across a variety of teams and stakeholders and possesses a thorough understanding of marketing concepts and strategies. This individual is highly organized strategic marketer that can problem-solve issues as they arise. They will work closely with marketing and operational leadership to provide strategic marketing direction and work with the recruitment marketing team to execute marketing deliverables. You will serve as your accounts point of contact and resident expert on all things related to digital and traditional marketing and advertising.
Key Senior Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: - Support operational account directors and managers on Huemans Healthcare Large and Medium account categories with strategic marketing campaigns based on the recruiting needs of our clients. Examples include new market entry, recruitment marketing paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and traditional marketing.
- Manage marketing activities for Healthcare Large and Medium client accounts and lead projects with content and advertising subject matter experts to ensure tasks are executed according to project timeline, in compliance client brand guidelines, and in support of partnership goals.
- Serve as a direct liaison to career site representatives such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc. as it relates to recruitment sourcing tools.
- Develop and manage account marketing and campaign budgets to reach business goals while ensuring that financial investments are aligned with strategic goals.
- Independently problem solve issues as they arise in day-to-day marketing execution and prioritize projects to achieve maximum business impact.
- Draft, edit and design communications and marketing content in partnership with content and advertising specialists.
- Create and conduct monthly strategy meetings, reviewing budget spend, identifying areas of improvement, and analyzing ROI on paid advertising efforts, recruitment sourcing tools, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and competitive research, providing insights to account managers, directors, and our clients.
- Provide execution support as needed. Examples include but are not limited to posting jobs and the creation of marketing emails, social ads, flyers, articles, local market research reports.
- Collaborate with recruitment marketing managers to support the implementation of new clients, which may include developing marketing strategy, conducting competitor and market research, and coordinating the development of digital content and advertising account setup.
Skills & Requirements: - Minimum of two (2) years experience in B2B or B2C marketing, either at an agency or in-house
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple requests at a time
- Strong understanding of and experience executing on traditional and digital marketing channels and tactics (examples include but are not limited to: pay per click advertising, content development, email marketing)
- Experience supporting brand and conversion campaign execution projects
- Experience with design software such as Adobe and Canva, a plus
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent relevant experience
