We are a technology-enabled health and wellness platform that connects patients with telehealth, in-home, and accessible treatments to manage chronic health issues. Requirements:
You must hold an active license in Washington State.
We strongly encourage veterans and individuals with experience in trauma and/or pain management to apply.
Licensing: We are looking for providers with an active, independent, and unrestricted state license in one of the following fields:
Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
Professional Counselors (LPCC)
Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Your Responsibilities:
Complete 25 billable direct-service hours per week, fully remote.
Provide evidence-based therapy to address mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma, using outcome measures to track client progress.
Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients throughout treatment.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Conduct routine, weekly sessions with clients based on their treatment plan.
Collaborate with our administrative team to manage scheduling, rescheduling, and client communications.
Provide monthly progress reports to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
Maintain accurate client records using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to all safety protocols, in line with state regulations.
Perform audit reviews to ensure high-quality care.
Utilize your strong computer skills to troubleshoot and manage client cases within the EHR system.

Are team players, collaborating to enhance clinical best practices.
Have experience working with veterans and the VHA.
Are skilled in at least one evidence-based practice (CBT, DBT, EMDR).
Are knowledgeable of the DSM-5 and familiar with EHR systems.
Have access to a secure, private workspace with a reliable internet connection.
