Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Floor & Tile Installer for our Construction company

operating in the Puget Sound area. This person will be installing tile and flooring in

new homes, home renovations, apartment turnovers and more. This position may

require some minor Handyman duties outside of Floor Installation (less than 5%).

Looking for someone experienced in Laminate, Engineering Floor, Hardwood, and

Tile ( TILE IS A MUST ). (Seriously, if you don't have Tile experience, we do not have

the ability to train you at this time, unfortunately.)

We also have a division that does Property Management for over 25

properties within the King County area where you might work from time to time.

$30/hour to start , depending on experience, with 401K Benefits, annual company

trips, paid birthday and holidays, paid time off, and more ! If you are a person who

Responsibilities:

• Removal of old flooring
• Acquisition of flooring from designated supplier
• Fast and quality installation of flooring of various types
• Installation of Tile
• Other minor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to receive and understand direction.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities.
• Follows all standard practices and safety protocols.
• Adherence to a level of professionalism that meets company standards.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to operate all vehicles and equipment safely.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and participate in a team
• environment.
• Ability to stay focused and productively work independently, with integrity .
• Compliance with all company policies and local/state/federal laws.
• Flooring installation experience of at least 2 years required .
• Tile installation experience of at least 2 years required .
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation .
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
