3Ci is looking for two UX Researchers for our client. This is an opportunity to join a newly formed team at the ground floor, shaping UX strategies for critical business areas.

Our client is a leader in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) with over 40 years of industry expertise. With a vast distribution network across 25 states, they offer a wide range of high-quality products and solutions.

Required Education and Experience

• Proven experience in UX research, ideally within complex operational environments or supply chain systems
• Strong background in service design and familiarity with mixed methods research

General Requirements

• Ability to translate research findings into clear recommendations that drive measurable outcomes
• Comfortable working with data and analytics to derive insights
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel to Atlanta and other distribution centers as required

Essential Functions

• Conduct discovery research to understand customer needs and pain points in the supply chain domain, particularly in areas like Receiving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX improvements and create actionable roadmaps that demonstrate business value
• Work closely with distribution center personnel and sales teams to gather insights and validate solutions
• Utilize mixed methods research including qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform design decisions
• Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Perform other tasks as required
